Debriefing

- Debrief Training

Training is centered around a "demonstrate, do" progressions; Norderic shows your team how to debrief ("demo") then your team members lead debriefing events ("do") after being trained.

Aviation Consulting

Norderic consultants are former military aviators and current Part 121 airline pilots with decades of experience and world class military and civil training.
